How long does it typically take to design a website?

Building a website from the ground up can take time and every site and project is different. On average sites can take 2-4 weeks on the quick end, and 12 on the long. It really moves at the pace set by the client, how much content needs to be created or transferred, and how quickly communication occurs.

what can social media management really do for my company?

Social media can help your company reach an audience that you might not be able to through traditional marketing. If you have social media pages for your brand, but are not able to maintain your pages with fresh content and actively interact with your audience, you may very well be missing out on business opportunities.

does it really matter if I brand my company or not?

Branding not only is it what makes a memorable impression on customers but it also allows your customers and clients to know what to expect from your company.

how long is it going to take to design my logo?

There is a simple answer – It depends! We usually try to finish within 2-4 weeks with 60 days being the longest amount of time we like to take.

can we meet in person?

sure, if you are somewhat local! if we are located within one hour of our home location we are happy to meet with you to go over design free of charge! If you are further away, we are happy to schedule a phone call or even FaceTime!

Will I have a say in the graphic design process?

Of course! Expand is here to meet YOUR needs which cannot be done without your input. We would love to see your “inspiration designs” that would help us to work toward the design that you like best. If you already have a logo or brand collateral that you’d like us to work with,we would be happy to do so.

do i need to purchase my own domain ?

Well…maybe…If you have a domain already we are happy to connect it to the site we design…however, our website design and development packages include registration of a .com domain name as well as the domain configuration required to make it work with your website

do you print marketing materials or do I need to have them printed on my own?

we do not print materials directly in house but we can have them printed for you through some of our trusted third-party affiliates. We can set up mailers, have business cards printed and directly shipped to you, and more!

How can I be sure I’ll like what you design?

when we kick start your project we will go into detail about your goals and what you wish to achieve. This will set guidelines and will help us stay on task throughout the design process. Since we will work together closely, you assure that your brand identity will be something you are happy with.

Do you do copywriting?

we are happy to help clients with name brands, your taglines, company mission statements, or other short messaging for your brand or your website.

I need a logo and I already know exactly what I want it to look like. I just need someone to make it. can you help me with that?
